More Closeness, Connection, Trust, and Clarity

For You and Your Relationship

Online- Individual- and Couples Counseling
around Relationships and Cancer

Do you know that feeling, when something in your life or relationship just doesn’t feel quite right anymore?

In Your Relationship

Maybe you’re in a relationship where intimacy has faded, and the connection feels distant.
Conversations circle around the same topics, or you barely talk at all. Conflicts repeat, needs go unheard, feeling stuck, and you’re left longing for more – more closeness, more emotional connection, more understanding, more realness.
Maybe desire feels far away, or shame and uncertainty make it hard to truly open up. Maybe there’s a lack of desire, or uncertainty around sexuality, that’s creating distance between you.

In Yourself

Or maybe it’s something more internal.
Maybe you find yourself stuck in old patterns – the kind that quietly lead you back to the same place again and again. In love, in friendship, or in how you relate to yourself.
Perhaps you doubt yourself more than you’d like. Insecurity, jealousy, or the sense of never being quite enough.
Maybe you find it hard to really feel at home in your body, or to fully accept your emotions, your choices, your story.
Perhaps you struggle with shame or hesitation when it comes to expressing your needs or desires. Or you feel pressured by expectations you can’t (or don’t want to) meet.

After a cancer diagnosis

And maybe life has brought you to a place you never imagined: a cancer diagnosis that changed not only your body, but your sense of self.
Maybe fear and uncertainty are lingering – and you’re searching for trust, in your body, your relationship, and in life itself.
Maybe your self-image has shifted. Intimacy might feel different now – more distant, more uncertain, or even unfamiliar. You wonder how to reconnect with your own desire, how to speak about these changes, or how to feel whole again.
You might be asking yourself: How do I find my desire again? How can sex feel natural and fulfilling again? How do I talk to my partner about what’s changed?

Whatever you’re facing – you don’t have to go through it alone.

Who is my counseling for?

I support people who long for more closeness, clarity, and connection – in their relationship, in their sexuality, or within themselves.

My work may be right for you if you…

  • feel stuck in your relationship – because of recurring conflicts, a lack of intimacy, or the sense that you no longer truly understand each other.
  • want to strengthen your capacity for relationships, as you keep repeating similar patterns or struggle to recognize and express your own needs.
  • feel insecure about your sexuality – whether it’s low desire, shame, or simply not knowing what you truly want or need.
  • are dealing with the changes that come after cancer – in your body, your femininity, or your sexuality – and are looking for a way to feel at home in yourself again.

Whether you’re coming alone or with your partner – if you’re ready for real change and curious about what else is possible, you’re in the right place.

Do you recognize yourself in any of this?

In Your Relationship…

  • You talk past each other – or barely talk at all.
  • You still love each other, but the connection feels distant.
  • Desire is low, or your sexual needs no longer match.
  • Closeness feels heavy, confusing, or like something you avoid.
  • Insecurity, jealousy, or broken trust (like an affair) creates tension between you.

In Yourself…

  • You keep repeating relationship patterns that leave you feeling stuck.
  • You often feel unheard or misunderstood – in love and in daily life.
  • Self-doubt or the difficulty to set boundaries follows you around.
  • You don’t feel at ease in your body – and that affects your sexuality.
  • Desire feels like something you “should” feel, not something that arises naturally.
  • You want to express your needs and limits, but fear or shame hold you back.

After a cancer diagnosis…

  • Your thoughts circle around the illness – and peace feels far away.
  • Your body has changed – and you don’t know how to reconnect with it.
  • You’re afraid of no longer being desirable and wish you could feel more confident again.
  • Your relationship feels different – shaped by distance, fear, or uncertainty.
  • You long to rebuild trust in your body, your femininity, and your connection.

About me

Sara Idermark, systemisch-integrale Beraterin, lächelt offen und herzlich in die Kamera – mit entspannter Haltung und lebendiger Ausstrahlung.

Hi, I’m Sara,

and I guide people in exploring themselves and their relationships with more clarity and trust.

I’m a systemic-integrative counselor specializing in relationships, sexuality, and psycho-oncology.
I know what it feels like when a relationship starts to shake.
What it’s like to be stuck in unhealthy patterns – or not knowing how to talk about closeness, intimacy, or fear.

I’ve experienced what it means to rediscover myself after breast cancer – and to step into life with new trust. These experiences have shown me that real change becomes possible when we allow ourselves to truly meet who we are.

That’s why my work is not just about talking. It’s about reconnecting with yourself – sensing your body, tuning into your needs, and finding the path that feels right for you.
Because change doesn’t happen in the mind alone – it happens in the moment you truly feel yourself.
