My Story
Because True Guidance Comes From Within
I know how hard it can be to open up to someone – especially when it comes to intimate or painful topics. But let me tell you this: there is no wrong time to take the first step. You are not alone with your worries, fears, or uncertainties – and there are ways to move through them.
I want to offer you a safe and trusting space where you can be exactly as you are. A space where you feel understood – without needing to explain or justify yourself. Here, you’re invited to explore all parts of yourself – the ones you may already love, and the ones that are still waiting to be met with more compassion.
I truly believe that each of us holds the power to rediscover and love ourselves. This love for yourself is the key to strengthening your relationships, deepening intimacy, and finding new ways toward a fulfilling life. It’s not about being perfect – it’s about being authentic, being brave, and choosing to walk your path.
I’m here to support you in recognizing and letting go of old patterns. Together, we’ll develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your needs, and the dynamics in your relationships. It’s not just about facing challenges or accessing your strengths – it’s also about rediscovering joy and curiosity, and experiencing life with trust and confidence.
I believe in you – and in the possibility of real change.
“The more things can find their place within me, the freer I become.”
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here

I’m Sara – born in Sweden in 1974, and a person who truly loves life – with all its ups and downs.
As a child, I was wild and free, with a deep passion for adventure, creativity, and animals. Horses were my everything! I spent countless hours at the stables, riding through forests and meadows, and felt more free on the back of a horse than anywhere else. When I wasn’t riding, I was climbing trees, building hideouts, and dreaming of discovering the world.
That childlike joy for life has stayed with me – even though I’ve had to face quite a few challenges along the way.
I’ve been living in Germany since 2014, and yes – my German isn’t perfect. And just so you know – my English isn’t perfect either. But that’s okay!
I find inspiration everywhere – in my encounters with people and their stories, but also in my own. It’s often the small moments that move me deeply and open up space for reflection.
My work is a blend of depth, authenticity, lightness, and courage – complemented by openness and empathy. This is exactly how I meet the people I work with – and exactly how I walk my own path.

My path toward self-love and healing of emotional wounds
Like so many of us, I grew up in a family where my parents did their best to support me.
But even though they loved me and meant well, I – like so many children – didn’t always have the words to clearly express my own needs. I didn’t know how to set boundaries – or that it was even my right to have them.
It took me a while to understand how deeply important self-love is – and how essential it can be for building fulfilling relationships.
For many years, I often felt insecure – in my body, in my sense of self-worth, and in my relationships. I noticed that I kept falling back into patterns that didn’t make me happy.
But eventually, I asked myself: “Why is it easier for me to assemble an IKEA cabinet than to figure out my own needs?”

And no, I’m not talking about just one cabinet – I’m Swedish, and I’ve built many IKEA cabinets in my life! I can decipher cryptic manuals, replace missing screws, and improvise if the whole thing turns out wobbly. But when it came to piecing myself together, I had no manual – and often felt like a crucial part was missing.
Sometimes, personal growth feels just like an IKEA project – you start out full of motivation, halfway through you doubt the whole structure, and in the end, there’s always a screw left over. And somehow… it still holds.
And what’s just as important as the right Allen key? Patience.
For a long time, I tried to adapt – to not be too much or not not enough.
I often made myself small – which wasn’t that easy at 183 centimeters tall.
Today, I take up space – both on the inside and the outside.
And I’m here to support you in reclaiming your own space.
The power of transformation:
my experience with Breast Cancer
In 2020, life presented me with a new challenge. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to undergo a mastectomy.
This experience changed me – profoundly and gently.
It made me feel the vulnerability of life – and its incredible strength.
I realized that our appearance does not define who we are – and that true femininity and beauty arise from within.
This diagnosis turned out to be an unexpected gift. Not something that broke me – but something that deepened my connection with myself.
Today, I bring both knowledge and lived experience to my work. For anyone facing a life-changing situation, I offer a space that is honest, warm, and deeply human.
From Science to Soul –
why I do what I do today

My professional path began in science, with a Master of Science in Chemistry.
But my career didn’t take me into the lab – instead, it led me into leadership roles, from small teams to larger organizational structures.
Over the years, I made use of my analytical knowledge, but more than anything, I learned how to lead people, shape processes, and make complex topics understandable.
But what brought me the most joy was always what lay beyond numbers, strategies, and structures: Supporting people in their individual and collective growth.
To witness my team unfolding, growing, and stepping into its full potential was one of my greatest joys. It wasn’t just a task – it was a passion.

I’ve always been fascinated by the deeper questions of human behavior:
Why do we make the choices we make?
How do our experiences shape our relationships?
And what does it really take to create lasting change?
This curiosity stayed with me throughout my entire career – and eventually, it led me down a new path. The diagnosis of breast cancer in 2020 became a turning point. It not only showed me how precious life is, but also how deeply our inner attitude can shape our experience of reality.
I chose to combine my analytical skills with my deep passion for people and their development. I brought this calling into form by training in psycho-oncology, systemic counseling, and systemic-integrative couples and sexuality counseling.
Today, I bring together knowledge from both worlds – the clarity and structure from my years in science and leadership, and the empathy, depth, and holistic perspective I’ve gained in working with people and relationships.
How I can support You
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck – in patterns, in distance, in silence.
Sometimes it’s about communication. Sometimes about touch. Sometimes about a quiet ache you can’t quite name.

In addition, I support people who are dealing with the effects of illnesses like cancer on their relationships and sexuality. I know how challenging uncertainty and physical changes can be.
And yet, within these experiences, there is often a chance to rediscover both yourself and your relationship on a new, deeper level.
What unites all of the people I work with is the desire for genuine connection – with themselves and with their partner.
My approach combines in-depth knowledge from systemic and integrative counseling, psycho-oncology, and couples and sexuality work – with empathy and an open, respectful view of each person’s unique needs.

Learning never ends – not even for me
As much as I’ve learned, I’m deeply convinced that personal growth is never complete.
That’s why I regularly seek out counseling and coaching myself – to gain new perspectives, continue growing, heal and stay present and aware in my own inner processes.
What I especially love are body-centered experiences that allow me to explore and integrate different parts of myself – whether through systemic constellations or shamanic work. Every insight I live through becomes something I can bring more deeply into my work –
and that’s what I love most about this path.
