Payment and Cancellation Terms
Important information about booking, payment, and cancellations
My consultations are only available after a free initial meeting.
Only once we both agree that working together is right for you, can you book an individual session or a package.
Below you’ll find the key information about payment, rescheduling, and cancellations:
Booking & Payment
Individual sessions and packages are arranged and confirmed via email after the initial meeting.
You will receive an invoice outlining the agreed conditions.
Individual sessions and 3-session packages are booked as one-time payments and can be paid via bank transfer.
For 6- and 9-session packages, I offer installment payment plans via Stripe:
6-session package: 2 installments (first payment immediately, second after 30 days)
9-session package: 3 installments (each 30 days apart)
Installments are processed via a secure Stripe payment link (e.g., using credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
For one-time payments, my bank details will be included in your invoice.
Payment Deadline
All payments (one-time payment or first installment) must be received at least 5 business days before the first session.
Only paid sessions are considered firmly reserved.
If payment is not received on time, the session will be automatically canceled.
Please note:
Bank transfers may take a few days depending on your bank. Please allow enough time for your payment to arrive.
Important to know:
The payment obligation remains in force – even if sessions are missed or a package is ended early.
No refunds are given. Missed or unused appointments expire.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Important:
As I offer my consultations alongside other professional commitments, all sessions must be firmly scheduled.
You may reschedule a booked session once, and only if you give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is considered a missed session and cannot be refunded.
Individual Sessions
Up to 48 hours before: one free rescheduling possible
Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: full amount is due – session will expire
Packages (3, 6, or 9 sessions)
Sessions must be used within a fixed timeframe:
3-session package: within 4 months
6-session package: within 7 months
9-session package: within 10 months
Sessions not used within the set period will expire.
Sessions canceled less than 48 hours in advance or not attended are considered used and will expire.
Once the first session of a package has started, withdrawal is no longer possible.
No refunds will be given – not even partially.
Exception: Illness
If you are unable to attend a session due to illness, rescheduling is possible with a doctor’s note or comparable proof.
In this case, the session will be postponed to a later date.

These terms apply to all booked sessions and packages.
They are intended to ensure a reliable and respectful collaboration – with mutual clarity regarding time, planning, and commitment.
