This privacy policy is based on the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data protection law. As my business is registered in Germany, all data processing is subject to German jurisdiction.

2. General Information on Data Processing

The protection of your personal data is important to me. I process your data exclusively in accordance with legal regulations, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Personal data includes all information relating to an identified or identifiable person

3. Hosting and Access Data

My website is hosted by manitu GmbH (Welvertstraße 2, 66606 St. Wendel, Germany).
When visiting the website, data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access, referrer URL and similar information is automatically collected (so-called server log files).

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR to ensure the functionality and security of the website.

4. Cookies und Consent-Management

I use the Borlabs Cookie tool to collect and manage your consent for the storage of certain cookies in compliance with data protection laws.

When accessing the website, a cookie banner appears where you can adjust your preferences.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR (legal obligation) and, where applicable, Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent).

5. Tools and Plugins Used

5.1 Fonts

The fonts used (“Amarga” and “Author”) are embedded locally. No personal data is transmitted to external providers such as Google Fonts or Fontshare.

5.2 Multilingual Support (WPML) 

To display my website in multiple languages, I use the WPML plugin. No automatic translations are used – the English and Swedish content is written manually by me.

6. Appointment Scheduling via Calendly

To book introductory sessions, I use the service Calendly.

By clicking the relevant button, you will be redirected to the external site of Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA).

7. Contact

If you contact me via email or WhatsApp, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your request.
This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in communication).

Note on WhatsApp:
Using WhatsApp involves data processing by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., possibly including data transfer outside the EU. Please only use this channel if you agree with these terms.

8. Online Consultations via Zoom

I use the video conferencing tool Zoom (Zoom Video Communications Inc., 55 Almaden Blvd, San Jose, CA 95113, USA) for online consultations.

When using Zoom, personal data such as name, email address, IP address, and conversation content is processed.

This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment).

I use Zoom via a secured business account with end-to-end encryption enabled, where available.

9. Social Media Links (Facebook & Instagram)

My website includes links to my profiles on Facebook and Instagram.

These are standard links (text or icon buttons).

No data is transferred to these platforms when simply viewing my website.

Data is only shared when you actively click the link and leave my website – from that point on, the privacy policies of the respective services apply.

10. Payment Processing

Payments for my services are made either via bank transfer or – in the case of installment payments – via the payment provider Stripe.

To process payments through Stripe, personal data (e.g. name, email address, invoice amount, payment details) is transmitted to Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland.

This processing is solely for the purpose of payment.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment) and, if required, Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent).

11. Accounting and Tax Advisory

I use the accounting software SevDesk (sevDesk GmbH, Hauptstraße 115, 77652 Offenburg, Germany).

Additionally, my tax advisors have access to the personal data necessary for billing and compliance.

This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR (legal obligation) and Art. 28 GDPR (data processing agreement).

12. Feedback and Testimonials

If clients voluntarily provide feedback – via email, WhatsApp, or in person – and I wish to publish this as a testimonial on my website or other media, I will always request explicit written consent beforehand.

It will be clearly defined whether the full text or an excerpt may be published, and whether this should be anonymous, with initials, or with first name.

Consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

I never publish testimonials without prior consent. Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of my clients is a top priority.

13. Your Rights

You have the right to:

14. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
